for successful development of a country,should a *** focus its
budget more on very young children education rather than on universities?
nowadays,education makes a big contribution to progressive change within society.thus the topic about which the *** should budget more draws many residents’ attraction.in my point of view,it’s better to use more money on young children’s education.
firstly,more investment on young children education is in favor of public interest.in fact,the number of very young people is over weigh the adults’.as a result,it enjoys more extensiveness and qualified educators than universities’ education.for instance,metropolitans like beijing virtually establishes 1500 primary school,while colleges only occupies a little proportion and the number of school is around 100.obviously,the fundamental education is in more need than the college’s education.
additionally,facilities cost a fortune for young children’s education.for instance,taking their age into account,schools may hire more teachers to supervise them,which can avoid unexpected accidents effectively.if a student is chasing another one during the break,teachers could stop him doing that and avoid a potential accident between two of the students.what’s more,in addition to pouring money on the faculty,school may also use money to build more facilities in accordance with young children’s need such as slide,swing.contrary to sport games like basketball and football,these simple equipment are easier for pupils to relax and relief.
undoubtedly,investment on universities’ education is important as well.salaries of professors and various scholarships need money too.but certain ways are available to solve the problem.for instance,schools can finance more money by increasing the tuition.furthermore,school can also turn to those brilliant and promising alumni for help.as we know,many graduators from harvard make big contributions to their school.bill gates supports harvard to build more libraries and labs.

The point is clear and is very easy to understand but the reasons are not that persuasive, especially the second. You need to tell the readers WHY you choose fundamental education for children but not HOW/ WHAT TO DO.
